The office visit
Out of respect to other patients waiting, please separate appointments for each separate issue and concern.
Two separate visits are more valuable to you than one that is rushed.
Walk-in / Urgent visits
We will do our best to accommodate you. Please be considerate to other patients and limit your concern to the most urgent problem only.
We do not prescribe narcotics or triplicate medications to patients that is not under the care of a physician at the Dakota Medical Centre.
Wait times
We don’t like to make our patients wait. We try to stay on schedule as much as possible. Sometimes and emergency may occur and we ask for your patience should this happen. If you are waiting an unusually long time, please accept our apology and feel free to reschedule your appointment.
Test Results
All patients are asked to make follow-up appointments to discuss the results of blood work, X-rays, CT-scans, Ultrasounds, Mammograms, MRI’s and all other diagnostic imaging. These results are usually available 2 weeks after the tests are done. Although we make every effort to contact you in an event of an abnormal result, you are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to discuss the results of all tests.
